We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Changed-your-mind items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Eligible bamboo bedding is also covered by our separate 90-day Quality Promise, subject to its terms.

Do your sheets pill?

Our bamboo bedding bedding is specially treated to reduce pilling. As with any fine fabric, appearance and longevity depend on washing, drying and regular use.
Do you have a high thread count?

Yes, we do. Our bedding features a 400 thread count combined with a superior weave, ensuring exceptional comfort and luxury. However, it’s important to know that thread count is just one factor to consider when assessing softness, strength, and quality. How long will Lost Loom bamboo bedding last?

With the right care, Lost Loom bamboo bedding is designed to provide years of comfort. Our fabric receives an anti-pilling treatment to reduce wear and help preserve its smooth finish. Washing at 30°C, avoiding fabric softener and tumble-drying on a low setting will help maintain its softness, fit and appearance.
Can bamboo bedding be used all year round?

Do you offer deep fitted bamboo sheets?

Yes, we offer our bamboo fitted sheets in two depths: 30cm and 34cm. The 30cm depth is ideal for standard mattresses, while the 34cm depth is perfect for deeper mattresses or those with toppers. Both options provide a secure fit, ensuring your sheet stays in place throughout the night for a smooth, comfortable sleeping surface.

We offer two bamboo pillow sizes: Standard and Super King. The Standard size is versatile and fits most bed sizes, providing comfortable support for everyday use. Why don't we use 100% bamboo fibre for the filling?

While 100% bamboo fibre is naturally soft and breathable, it tends to produce a flatter, less resilient filling. By blending bamboo fibre with recycled PET, we achieve the perfect balance of softness and loft. The recycled PET adds structure and plushness, ensuring that our pillows remain supportive and comfortably fluffy. Plus, using recycled PET is a sustainable choice that helps reduce waste.

How do bamboo duvets compare to down or synthetic duvets?

How do I care for my Lost Loom bamboo bedding and other products?

Bamboo products are easy to care for. Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the fibres. Tumble dry on low or air dry for best results. Bamboo fabric is wrinkle-resistant, but for a smoother finish, you can iron on a low setting. Follow these steps for all our products, including throws, pillows, and duvets.

Will bamboo sheets shrink after washing?

Our bamboo sheets are pre-washed to minimise the risk of shrinkage. However, it’s important to follow the care instructions—washing on a cold, gentle cycle and drying on low heat will help maintain the size and quality of your bedding. While bamboo generally experiences minimal shrinkage compared to materials like cotton. We’ve made our products 3%–4% larger to accommodate this natural tolerance.
My bamboo sheets are a little loose. Is this normal?

Our bamboo sheets are made slightly larger to allow for shrinkage, ensuring the perfect fit after one or two washes
I have creases in my sheets after washing. How can I remove them?

For best results, remove the bamboo sheets immediately from the washing machine and hang them to dry.

They can be ironed on a low heat if desired. If left unironed, the creases will naturally improve after a few days of use.

DELIVERY

Do I need to be home for next day delivery?

Yes, someone will need to be at home to receive the delivery, as our courier service requires a signature upon receipt. If you’re not available, the courier will make another attempt to deliver within 1-2 days. You also have the option to reschedule the delivery after the initial attempt.
What are the delivery costs and how long will it take?

We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders over £75, with delivery typically taking 2–3 days. For orders under £75 there is a £3.95 delivery charge. You can upgrade to a next-day or weekend delivery option if required.
