Fabulous! I didnt believe bedding could help with sleep but i must say i have noticed a difference - not waking up so much during the night and if i do i generally drift back off much more easily then previously. Feels so luxuriously silky too

The bamboo sheet is just amazing it really does not feel like you have anything touching you, so soft and light .I'm a hot sleeper and I am in heaven. Must buy another.
