All items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, as new, free of defects, and in its original packaging.

 

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To submit a return request, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account

  2. Check your email inbox for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
  3. Return to our website and enter the verification code.

 

Request a Return:

  • Click "Request return" for the order you wish to return.
  • If your order includes multiple items, select the items you would like to return.
  • Choose a return reason and add any relevant notes for our team.
  • Click "Request return" to submit your request.

 

What Happens Next?

  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
